John McCain Wants Us in Iraq for the Next 100 Years
Finally a toehold! After a number of abortive attempts at trying to get something to stick against McCain that the American people truly despise, it appears that we have a winner: McCain's Forever War.
Again, this is kind of hilarious because, of course, 2008 wasn't supposed to be about Iraq at all. It was deemed a non-issue by the people who make such decisions, and even though 2/3 of polled Americans think the war was a mistake and want us to leave, we have the straight razor express of John McCain leading the charge to stay in Iraq for longer than all of recorded history.
You the man, McCain.
Oh, and to see such sights as RedState telling us that the South has been occupied for over 100 years so what's the big deal with McCain saying we'll be in Iraq.... Well, I can only say that such gems truly are priceless.
You simply can't make shit like this up.
